If the tournament is canceled the day before it starts, a 100% refund will be issued.  If the tournament is canceled the day it is scheduled to start, teams will be issued a 50% refund.  Teams who start their second game will not receive any refund.  If the tournament has one complete day played, no refund will be given.  Anyone who pays a gate fee will not be issued a refund for any reason.
